U.S. will deliver weapons, Germany will pay for Ukraine

Military equipment and ammunition coming from the United States worth $500 million is about to hit Ukraine. Germany will be the Donator of this package. Support is part of a fresh initiative [PURL (Priorized Ukraine Requirements)](https://defence24.pl/defence-defence-policy/purl-great-support-from-us-i-europy-for-Ukraine) – coordinated by the Alliance and developed during the July gathering of NATO chief Mark Rutte with United States president Donald Trump. With this initiative, Ukraine is expected to usage equipment remaining in the U.S. Army's stocks if costs are covered by European allies.
