Signing the U.S.-Ukraine deal threatened? Last-minute problems

The portal of the "Financial Times" reported on Wednesday that there were obstacles to the signing of a natural resource agreement between the US and Ukraine at the last minute. Ukrainian economical Minister Julia Swyridenko went to Washington to sign the document.
