U.S. held talks with China about spy balloons

A spokesperson for the U.S. National safety Council John Kirby said on Monday on MSNBC tv that individuals from president Joe Biden's administration had private talks with representatives of the Chinese authorities on spy balloons. He added that it was inactive unclear what were the last 3 objects shot down over the US and Canada.
