President Satnó of the United States Joe Biden is about to nominate Lynne Tracy as the fresh ambassador to Russia. Tracy served as Deputy Head of Mission of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow from 2014 to 2017. The nomination will make her the first female in U.S. past in this position.
