Soldiers of the 10th Wroclaw Communications Brigade took part in the solemn change of the honorary post before the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Warsaw.
Soldiers of the 10th Wrocław Communications Brigade enlisted an honorary defender in front of 1 of the main memorial sites. Worthy at the most crucial post in the country is held continuously and represents a unique discrimination for both the soldier and the military unit entrusted with this honor.
Fullness of worth in a place close to the heart of all Polish soldier is not only a large honour, but besides a symbol of remembrance of those who gave their lives in the fight for freedom of our homeland.
The solemn Change of the Honorary Station is simply a symbolic embrace of the eternal soldier's defender before the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Warsaw, which is held all Sunday at 12 noon in Marshal Józef Piłsudski Square. The watchkeeping service at the most crucial place of national memory and heroic military action of the Polish soldier has immeasurable value. Clearly, it shows gratitude to those who died in the fight for their homeland. It is carried out in accordance with the principles of standard watchkeeping, with station changes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, a peculiar character is given through the ceremonial binding of only Sunday's change.
