On 06.06.2023, we obtained the ruling of the ultimate Court (file number II of the CSKP 9502/22).
At the hearing, the ultimate Court dismissed the cassation action brought by mBank S.A. from the favorable judgement of the Court of Appeal in Łódź on 24.07.2020 (file mention I ACa 1166/18) which was subsequently declared invalid by the credit agreement indexed to the CHF course. The credit agreement is so yet It doesn't substance what the ultimate Court has confirmed!
This triumph is peculiarly crucial to us due to the fact that this case was 1 of the first in our Chancellery.
