The Ukrainian military declared Wednesday evening that the fighting on the east bank of Dniepr is continuing, but most Ukrainian positions in the village of Krynka “were destroyed by intense, combined and continuous enemy fire”. The Ukrainian media, citing information from the General Staff, reported that the positions in the Krynkas had been abandoned and command did not see the point of further operations in the village area due to the "great destruction".
