Russia is preparing for a fresh wave of mobilization in January 2023, and the plan foresees the appointment of between 500,000 and 700,000 reservists - the Ukrainian Home Minister's advisor Anton Heraschenko sent on Tuesday. Russian independent media compose about preparations for the "second wave" of mobilization.
