United Kingdom – £1 billion for hypersonic weapons

The British Ministry of Defence wants to velocity up work on hypersonic weapons. Within 7 years for a sum of about £1 billion, ready-to-use missiles capable of flying at a velocity of more than 5 Mach and to maneuver in a direction are to be created.
