The Union is going the incorrect way..

The changes to the Treaties on the European Union and the functioning of the European Union are profoundly worrying.

The amendments include a proposal to abolish the rule of unanimity in the Council of the European Union in 65 areas, requiring the consent of all associate States, transferring competences from associate States to the EU level, for example in the area of environmental protection and extending shared competences, covering 7 fresh areas: abroad and safety policy, border protection, public health, civilian defence, manufacture and education. Subsequent changes would make the euro mandatory and reduce the European Commission to 15 Commissioners (currently each associate State has its Commissioner).

The very fact that the European Parliament has voted on the amendments does not yet bring these changes into force, but allows them to enter into force again.

Concern is due to a crucial simplification in the competences and freedoms of the associate States. The abolition of unanimity means that the associate State is incapable to veto even the EU's actions which are highly unfavourable to it. The acquisition of abroad and safety policy, border protection, public health, civilian protection, manufacture and education by the EU institutions and the full acquisition of environmental issues will prevent Poland from entering into new, mutually beneficial alliances, a top-down order to conduct an imposed migration policy, greater economical control and a uniform imposed education programme.

The changes are in fact highly anti-democratic. The binding of the power of the states and their dependence on the EU institutions are intended to make it importantly hard in practice to leave the community if the citizens of the country so wish. People's views are changing, as the Union has seen erstwhile British citizens decided on Brexit. The changes besides break the EU's perfect bases, which are based on the voluntary freedom of members in their declarations.

Further dangers arise from attempts to federalise the EU, bringing national states to the level of the administrative unit, to which changes are a milestone. According to these statements, all EU citizen, French, German, Italian, Polish or Latvian, is to feel European, but in practice, there is to be a situation in which citizens of the "Eastern Union" (Poland, Slovak, Hungarian or Lithuanian) are to be inexpensive labour force for Western, supranational corporations. The mandatory common currency is intended to facilitate the movement of money by Western capitalists, take control of monetary policy and take back an crucial component of national identity – the home currency. There is simply a legitimate concern that there are plans to form a European army.

What does this mean for Poland? The deficiency of gold, the variations of the president of Warsaw regarding old cars can be ordered from the top for the full of Poland, the limitation of the state's influence on finance, the inability to enter into agreements beneficial for Poland, for example with China, the undisputed order of the EU's environmental policy option. And many others.

If a normal, pro-Polish government were to come to power in Poland, there would be limited area for manoeuvre in most areas. It is clear that people will be wise in 1 country alternatively than across the Union.

Furthermore, there is simply a hazard that the changes are designed to prepare for war – civilian defence, border defence, possibly 1 army and a abroad policy preventing countries specified as Hungary and Slovakia from agreeing with Russia.

The summit of cynicism is the words of 1 Polish MP, saying that "Ukrainians die thousands to enter the Union". Ukrainians die due to the fact that the United States and the European Union order them to do so and usage them as pawns on a chessboard. Another cynicism is presented by MPs A. Zandberg and M. It is essential to repeat without any thought that "the interest of the Union is the interest of Poland, the further integration of Poland into the EU is in Poland's interest due to the fact that it creates a strong organism capable of opposing China and who does not agree supports China". It is unfortunate that Members calling themselves "socialist" are mindless advocates of a liberal creation that allows large corporations to grow and destruct home domestic competition. It is unfortunate that these Members are not seeking an agreement with China, which could be beneficial for Poland.

I personally have an undetected, critical attitude towards the European Union (although I appreciate, for example, the visa-free movement), and after the changes, I consider the Union to be a full creation, seeking to destruct my country of Poland as a state (and so no longer shrewd). But my individual attitude towards the EU is in this case a secondary matter. But now that we belong in this Union, it should be a voluntary community, where the community interacts where it is beneficial for its members and in others allows countries to act on their own account. The point is that the Union is trying to take over further and further areas of sovereignty, and this is unacceptable and should be for all, regardless of the relation to the Union or different matters. We want as “Union advises” – we do so, we don’t like the direction – we choose another government and we do differently. This is not a written narrative, due to the fact that they argue for image reasons, and over fresh years they have successively integrated Poland from the EU, in turn the alleged "levice" uncritically accepts everything that goes from Brussels highlighting their participation in the EU and replacing the most crucial vacation of the left – the vacation of work – with the anniversary of accession to the EU. It is besides not a free marketplace narrative, where socialism changed by all possible cases in the EU. This is in my view a rational communicative requiring the Union to be a voluntary community. What is presently happening is simply a real threat to Polish statehood, not Russia, Belarus or China, as the authorities tell us. Poland will be sovereign erstwhile key decisions about its destiny will fall within its limits, not in Brussels, Berlin, Washington, Moscow or Beijing.
