Excluded from II tour
According to preliminary results of the local elections, Wojciech Szczurek, who held the office of president of Gdynia since 1998, suffered a fiasco and will not even go to the second round. According to the unofficial results given by the weekly “Always Pomerania” from the analysis of 20% of polling venues, we can learn that in the fight for the presidency of Gdynia will be fought: Aleksandra Kosiorek representing Gdynia dialog (35%) and candidate KO Tadeusz Szemiot (25.5%).
According to unofficial results, Gdynia will be the second circular of elections. Unfortunately, without me. I accept that with humility, I am grateful for all vote given, and I congratulate the candidates.
Everything I've done, I've done with you in head - aubergines and aubergines. Thank you. I love Gdynia.

These results are a immense surprise due to the fact that so far Wojciech Szczurek always won in the first circular of direct elections. The question so arises as to what could have caused it not to have the advantage this time as in erstwhile local elections.
Marek Dudziński, a candidate for president of Gdynia for the PiS, who besides did not decision on to the next round, stated in an interview with Interia:
You can see the large fatigue of being born with the regulation of Wojciech Szczurek, actually everyone I talk to says that it needs to be changed.
In my opinion, since I was a Gdyniaian for 20 years and spent most of my life in this town, the word of Dudziński, even though of course they are meant to attack a political opponent, they appear to be true. I think that a large part of the population is tired of Wojciech Szczurek's rule. Problems with his presidency are fundamentally several, but the most fresh of them are the reconstruction of the Karwina junction, the endless renovation of the streets in Witomin, which presently makes this territory unesthetic, as well as the ubiquitous chaotic boar that the authorities could not cope with, and the concretework that flooded the city center.
In the case of the latter, many people would most likely disagree with me, although the demolition of the park in downtown only to put another office building there, seems to me to be a miscarriaged idea.
A small bit about Wejher.
O I besides wanted to speak. This city is not peculiarly mentioned in the media. It is not a metropolis, but it has had the same president since 1998. I wrote about his case in case of Collegium Humanum.
In the erstwhile elections, president Krzysztof Hildebrandt won practically without major problems, but this year turns out to be a small more demanding for him, as he is facing a second circular (he won 43.53 percent), in which he will face an opponent with KO Marcin Bulczak (38.98 percent).
Moreover, most councillors who will influence the destiny of the Pomeranian city will not belong to the Will of Wejherowo from which Hildebrandt originates. Thus, even if the president receives his last term, he will have no majority.
