UN: tensions between powers are historically high

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on Monday during the session of the safety Council, chaired by the head of the Russian MFA Sergei Lavrow, that tensions between powers are presently on a historically advanced level, "there is so a hazard of conflict.".
