The United States has accused UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres of "clear surrender to Russian threats". According to Washington, it is evident that Guterres has not yet sent his representatives to Ukraine to check the drones utilized by Russia, which according to the US and respective another countries were delivered there by Iran, reported the agency Reuters.
