Article 1
The objectives of the United Nations are:
Maintain global peace and safety by applying effective collective measures to prevent and remove threats to peace, suppression any acts of aggression and another peace violations, mitigate or deal with peaceful ways, in accordance with the principles of justice and global law, disputes or global situations that may lead to peace violations.
To make a friendly relation between nations based on respect for the rule of equality and self-determination of nations, and to take another appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace.
Address, through global cooperation, global issues of an economic, social, cultural or humanitarian nature and advance human rights and encourage respect for these rights and fundamental freedoms for all regardless of race, gender, language or religion.

It is simply a centre of reconciliation of the activities of nations to accomplish these common objectives.
Article 2
In order to accomplish the objectives set out in Article 1, The organisation and its members will follow the following principles:
The organisation shall be based on the rule of sovereign equality of all its members.
In order to guarantee that all members enjoy the rights and benefits of belonging to the Organization, they shall all comply in good religion with the obligations adopted in accordance with this Charter.

All members will deal with their disputes with global peace measures in specified a way as to prevent global peace and safety and justice from being threatened.
All members will refrain in their global relations from threatening to usage force or to usage it against the territorial integrity or political independency of any State or otherwise incompatible with the objectives of the United Nations.
All members of the Organisation shall show all assistance in any action taken pursuant to this Charter and refrain from providing assistance to any State against which the Organisation has applied preventive or coercive measures.
The organisation shall guarantee that countries which are not members of it comply with these rules to the degree essential to keep global peace and security.
Nothing in this Charter entitles the United Nations to interfere in matters which, of its essence, fall within the interior competence of any State and does not oblige members to transfer specified matters to the arrangements provided for in this Charter. However, this rule will not prevent the enforcement of the coercive measures provided for in Chapter VII.
Article 53
1. The safety Council shall usage regional agreements or organisations where appropriate to apply coercive measures under her direction. However, no coercion measures shall be applied on the basis of regional agreements or by regional organisations without the authority of the safety Council, with the exception of
measures against any the enemy state within the meaning of point 2 of this Article and provided for in the implementation of Article 107 or in regional agreements, and against the return of specified a country to aggression policy, until the Organisation can presume work for preventing further aggression from specified a country upon request.
2. The word "enemy State" within the meaning of paragraph 1 of this Article shall apply to any State which during planet War II was an enemy of any signatory to this Charter.
Article 77
The trust strategy applies to areas of the following categories which may be covered by fiduciary systems:
current mandate areas;
areas that can be detached from enemy countries as a consequence of planet War II,
areas voluntarily subject to this strategy by the States liable for their administration.

Article 107
Nothing in this Charter deprives you of legal power or prevents you from taking action against
any country, which during planet War II was an enemy any signatory to this Charter,
actions taken or sanctioned as a consequence of this war by the governments liable for these actions.
