Apache offset agreements signed

These agreements constitute [continuation of steps](https://defence24.pl/defence-policy/mon-subscription-offset-na-apache-na-date) which the Polish authorities adopted in September 2022. Poland then reported its willingness to acquisition 96 AH-64E Apache assault helicopters.
