Improved Leopard will hit Ukraine

It does not specifically specify the company liable for its delivery, nor the configuration but that it will feature a fresh tower. However, in view of the Belgian defence minister Theo Francken's announcement that the fresh aid package (EUR 1 billion) is primarily intended to aid local arms companies, we can be very likely (of course not 100%) to support Leopard.
