The visible device has 3 suspended additional fuel tanks, electronic combat trays and 2 AIM-9 Sidewinder short scope missiles suspended under wings. A single AIM-120 AMRAAM rocket is besides visible on 1 of the side arms rails. The another most likely had to be launched earlier.
