It is not known whether the released video is current, although since it was made available now, it most likely is. On it we see 2 Ukrainian Uraganas, without distinctive painting known from the Kiev parade years ago. This recording (apart from whether it is up-to-date) raises any questions, and the first of them is the fact that they proceed to be used, due to the stock of ammunition. The 220 mm was alternatively mostly used. Thus, it can be concluded that either Ukrainians have managed to make fresh missiles based on those long-decommissioned, or are re-produced on site, or in another country. Alternatively, Kiev allies managed to get them from another users willing to sale them specified as Kazakhstan, Moldova or Angola.
