Sybiha pointed out that the only effective safety warrant for Ukraine is full membership of the North Atlantic Alliance. He added that Ukraine's presence in NATO would contribute to strengthening the safety of the Alliance itself and would be the cheapest option to guarantee stableness in Europe. Ukraine does not intend to accept alternate options for safety guarantees to replace NATO membership. The Ministry of abroad Affairs of Ukraine stressed that building European safety architecture at the expense of Ukraine is doomed to failure.
