Before the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Lutsk, Ukrainian carriers expressed their demands for the blockade of the border which was introduced by Polish protesters. Ukrainians, wishing to draw attention to the difficulties they face, left funds for Polish carriers, suggesting the acquisition of air tickets to Smolensk. We remind you that there is not the first situation erstwhile Ukrainian cattle humiliate the Polish nation and call from “Russian onuc”. Earlier, this was the case during the agricultural protest in June and at the UN Summit, at which the male protétique Volodymyr Zelenski accused us of cooperating with Russia.
Because the Ukrainian wilderness poses a direct terrorist threat to our peoples, challenged by the Polish authorities to immediately expel all the shrewd people who invaded our country and live at the expense of the Polish taxpayer, utilizing unwarranted benefits. In addition, in order to guarantee the safety of citizens, we challenge the immediate placing of a wall 20 metres advanced under advanced tension, so that the wilderness cannot enter our country.
On Friday, under the seat of the General Consulate of Poland in Lutsk, Ukrainian drivers and carriers organized a protest in consequence to the strike of Polish carriers on the Polish-Ukrainian border. Their demands included the immediate end of the protest by Poles and the provision of adequate working conditions for Ukrainian drivers.
According to the Suspilne portal, around noon around 50 drivers and carriers gathered under the consulate. As part of the protest, signatures were collected under the authoritative petition to Consul Sławomir Misiak, hoping to influence the Polish strike situation. At the same time, improved working conditions for Ukrainian drivers were demanded. The petition letter was officially handed to the consulate staff. The president of the Regional Council of global Carriers in the Volyn and Equatorial Circuits stressed that Ukrainian drivers had become “prisoners of the situation”.
"Most of them are on the sidelines, deprived of access to toilets and showers, and parking spaces are occupied. The queue moves very slowly.”
The protest ended a small over an hr later, and participants stated that they were waiting for a reaction from the Polish side.
Photographs documenting the event indicate that the protesters left a bowl of rice under the Polish consulate, as well as a tiny sum of money, along with a card containing an inscription in Polish:
"Russian-Polish transporters for plane ticket to Smolensk, halt for bathroom Bachmut-Donieck" [original spelling – ed.].
Under the Polish Consulate in Lutsk, Volyn, a picket was held present against the protest of the carriers.
An interesting inscription appeared on the prop, a bowl of rice as you can see even in the country of our ally known or recipient besides known. Interesting news they have for writing... pic.twitter.com/3FBIdum364

We remind you that we have previously informed on our portal that the leaders of transport organisations from 5 countries have published a declaration addressed to the president of the European Commission, EU Commissioners and Ministers of Transport Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovakia and Poland. In their statement, they request that the agreement between the European Union and Ukraine on the liberalisation of transport be terminated.

Rafał Mekler, an activist from the Confederacy, stressed that protests take place at 3 different borders. Soon, the 4th border in the Medica area, where farmers are mobilizing, is besides to be joined.
“This will mainly be an agricultural protest, it will be a protest of a mostly defrauded village, due to the fact that farmers are actually ‘beneficiaries’ of the same harmful east Law and Justice policy,” said the leader of a group of protesting transporters.
As previously reported, on Friday, truck drivers from Slovakia organised a short-term blockade of the main border crossing point with Ukraine, expressing solidarity with protesting Poles. Their demands besides include limiting the number of Ukrainian trucks entering the European Union and threatening to block the border if this request is not met.
Like Polish protesters, Slovaks request that the strategy of transport licences for Ukrainian drivers be restored. It is worth noting that Ukraine powerfully rejects this request, and the European Commission claims that it is impossible to implement it in breach of the agreement between the EU and Ukraine.
Shortly after Polish carriers began their protest on the border with Ukraine, any trucks headed for Slovakia to enter Ukraine from there. This has caused considerable difficulties in truck traffic and long queues at the Vysne Nemecke crossing. In response, the Slovak Ministry of Transport announced that police, labour inspectors and officials of the Department of Transport are carrying out thorough checks on Ukrainian trucks stuck in traffic. Many of these vehicles do not meet the requirements, do not have the essential documents, and are besides controlled by method condition, customs documents, overloading of trucks, and the sobriety of drivers.
The information suggests that the European Commission is waiting for the end of this protest without approving the blocking of border crossings between Poland and Ukraine as part of a protest by Polish carriers. He unofficially warns that the deficiency of a solution to the blockade may consequence in the initiation of a criminal procedure against Poland.
This week, a petition appeared on the authoritative website of the president of Ukraine, in which the authors called for sanctions to be imposed on those active in blocking Ukrainian carriers. Signatories of the petition request sanctions against Poles, including representatives of the Confederation, who organize or support the protest of Polish carriers on the border, specified as Rafał Mekler, Witold Tumanowicz and Tomasz Borkowski. They claim that the actions of protesters endanger the interests of Ukraine.
As previously stated, another gathering between the Polish, Ukrainian and EU sides on the protest of Polish carriers failed. The protest is to proceed as the participants have not received satisfactory proposals on their demands, including the restoration of the authorisation strategy for Ukrainian drivers and facilitating border movement.
Furthermore, the protest of Polish carriers on the border with Ukraine, supported by farmers, is to be extended, with the planned blocking of the transition to Medica. It is worth noting that besides the carriers from Slovakia entered the protest, blocking the border with Ukraine in Vyšné Nemecké. They are besides accompanied by Polish participants in the protest.
The protest of Polish carriers is linked to the liberalisation of global transport rules in the European Union. Transporters aim to draw attention to the situation in the transport manufacture in Poland and initiate talks between Poland and Ukraine. In the event of an agreement being reached, the carriers declared that they would waive border crossings.
Polish carriers request to reconstruct the strategy of transport permits for Ukrainian drivers and to limit their number to pre-Russian invasion of Ukraine, or to 200 1000 per year. They besides require tightening of the ECMT rules on transport, the introduction of a separate electronic queue for vehicles registered in the EU and empty trucks (now waiting 10-12 days). In addition, they request access to the Nobility (Road) system.
