Ukrainian Leopard 1A5 reactive armor

Ukrainian modifications, consisting of placing explosive armour (ERA) on the vehicle's ankles, were at 1 time a very widespread phenomenon and were the subject of many jokes. Later, an additional armor of this kind appeared on the front of the M1A1SA hull.
Now Contact-1 and Knife hit Leopard 1A5, whose armor is symbolic under current conditions. As we can see, ERA armour frames with ankles were placed in the front and sides of the hull and tower. It is not known how their detonation will affect the plan of the tank in places where the armor is at the level of e.g. a combat infantry car. The assembly of cubes Contact-1 and Knife can defend the crew from the attack of cumulative heads utilized in e.g. FPV drones, but equally well the blast force of respective of them at the same time can harm the structure of the car causing a hazard of precipitation inside it.
