Zambrowski policemen intervened against a 39-year-old Ukrainian citizen who was under the influence of alcohol lying on the sidewalk. According to KPP Zambrów, a female insulted officers, bit 1 of them and heard the charges. Police sent a request for her expulsion from Poland to the Border Guard. There is simply a simple regulation at stake: aid and hospitality do not relieve work for breaking the law.
Intervention started with a call for help
Zambrow police were called to 1 of the city streets after reporting that a female was lying on the sidewalk and did not respond to attempts to contact. As shown by KPP Zambrów message, officers established on the place that it was a 39-year-old Ukrainian citizen who was clearly influenced by alcohol.

That's not the end of it. Police sent a request to the Border defender to expel a foreigner from Poland. After the operation, the 39-year-old was handed over to SG officers from a facility in Białystok.
This is precisely the point where the state must be firm. Poland has the right to help, but it besides has the work to defend its own officers and its own legal order. Those who usage their stay in our country should respect Polish law. Without this principle, hospitality turns into state helplessness.
Public order is no detail
The Zambrowa case is part of a wider problem of enforcement against foreigners. It's not about collective responsibility. It is simply a fundamental individual work and the efficiency of the institutions. The national state must not be just a point of social and administrative assistance. It must be a community of law in which a police uniform means something, and a violation of this order meets a real reaction.
