Ukraine lacks money to produce drones

Ukrainian armed forces urgently request drones for reconnaissance, defence and long-distance attacks. However, the limited budgetary resources of the state are not able to meet all the needs of the front. Russia has importantly increased its production of drones, and presently has an advantage in the "field of conflict of drones" compared to up to 10 to 1 in favour of Moscow.
