Ukrainians disrupted the strategy of conscription into the Russian army

Atesh is simply a Ukrainian guerrilla movement whose "_cyber-atesh_" faction was expected to successfully attack the Russian conscription system. Cyber activities resulted in the shutdown of the service for sending notifications about electronic calls for duty.
