In the first case, at the border crossing in Medica, a 33-year-old Ukrainian citizen came to check-in for departure from Poland. The female was the driver of the vehicle, so her driver's licence was under detailed control. The analysis showed the paper was false. The female admitted to utilizing a forged paper and voluntarily surrendered to six months of imprisonment in suspension for 2 years. She continued her journey to Ukraine as a passenger.
False driver's licence with a Belarusian citizen
A akin case occurred in Krościenek, where border guards detained a 36-year-old Belarusian citizen. The man presented a paper which was allegedly to be issued by the Belarusian authorities.
