"Deputy Minister of abroad Affairs judaic Perebyinis declared that the participation of Chinese soldiers in the war effort against Ukraine, alongside the aggressor state, as well as the engagement of Chinese companies in the production of military equipment in Russia, raises serious concerns and opposes the spirit of the partnership between Ukraine and China," the Ministry's message states.
The Ministry of abroad Affairs in Kiev added that "the evidence of these facts was provided to the Chinese side by the Ukrainian intelligence services" and stressed that Perebyinis "called on the Chinese side to take action to halt supporting Russia in its aggression against Ukraine".
“Irresponsible” by Zelenski
— Our country attaches importance to the strategical partnership with China and hopes that China will refrain in the future from any action that could harm bilateral relations," stated the Ukrainian Deputy Minister.

The Chinese abroad Ministry besides rejected as unfounded accusations by the president of Ukraine, who accused China of supplying Russia with ammunition and explosives and of participating in arms production in Russia.
