In fresh days, the Border defender in Poland has taken decisive action against foreigners violating laws in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The case of a 35-year-old Ukrainian citizen who repeatedly violated the legal order, which led to his forced return to his homeland under the escort of officers.

Foreigner from Ukraine – many crimes and offences

Border defender officers from Bielsko-Biała, in cooperation with local police, detained a 35-year-old Ukrainian citizen. During his stay in Poland, this man committed many thefts and another crimes and offences, which clearly indicated his deficiency of willingness to respect the laws in force in Poland. In view of the above, the Commander of the Border defender Service in Bielsko-Biała decided to oblige the man to return to Ukraine. At the same time it was prohibited to re-enter Poland and another Schengen countries for 5 years.

As part of the follow-up, administrative proceedings were besides initiated to find the cost of issuing and implementing the return decision. After completion of all procedures, the Ukrainian citizen was escorted to the state border and transferred to the Ukrainian side.

Other violations by foreigners

Thus, Georgian stayed illegally in Poland, which resulted in the commandant issuing a decision to oblige him to leave Poland within 30 days and to impose a six-month ban on entering the Schengen area.

Border defender Actions for Public Security

The actions undertaken by the Border defender officers in Bielsko-Biała are full consistent with their statutory obligations to defend safety and public order in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Administrative decisions and enforcement actions taken are aimed not only at ensuring compliance with the law by foreigners residing in Poland, but besides at preventing situations that could jeopardise the safety of citizens.
