The war in Ukraine is becoming a field not only for Russia. General Kyrylo Budanow, Head of the Chief Intelligence Board of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine (HUR), in an interview with the American portal The War region reveals the spheres of the worrying alliance of Russia and North Korea. According to him, Pjongjang is gaining not only experience, but besides technologies that may shortly shake the balance of power in Asia.
