Court at the request of the prosecutor of Ukrainian nationality Andrija K. for 3 months on suspicion of killing a patient in a infirmary in Gorzów Wielkopolski (Lubuskie province).
The doctor separated an 86-year-old patient from life support, which was reported by another medical individual from the facility. A hard situation experienced by a doctor from the Multispecialist Provincial infirmary in Gorzów Wlkp. – said “Politics”.

However, any organisational irregularities were identified due to the fact that Andrii K. decided to separate the patient from the apparatus himself, while this should be in line with the consensus decision. Nevertheless, the members of the committee stress that this organisational failure does not call into question "a legitimate medical decision".
Andrii K. is simply a fishy in the execution of a patient and has been arrested
Initially, it could be assumed that the conclusions of the committee would have concluded the matter. However, on 11 April, Andrii K. was forced to appear in the D.A.'s office, where he was subsequently arrested for 3 months on suspicion of killing a patient. Turns out another doctor from the infirmary made a notification.

Hospital staff in Gorzów Wielkopolski are outraged by this situation.

A dispute about origin?
According to the Politicians, there is simply a suspicion that this case has a deeper background. They note that the doctor who reported the incidental had for a long time a negative attitude towards Andrija K., originating in Ukraine. He claimed that this doctor challenged Andrij's competence, exalted himself over him, and tried to teach him.
According to the second commission, set up by the infirmary to analyse the case of a study and the relation between doctors, the individual who submitted the announcement to the D.A. may have acted unethically in accordance with the Code of Medical Ethics. The territory Medical Board will now have a decision whether to take disciplinary action against it.
The infirmary board published a message regarding charges against Andrija K. He assured that the precedence of the facility was to clarify the full case.
