Ukrainian investor in Polish trade. Who is behind IDKFA IDCLIP?
IDKFA IDCLIP, registered in autumn 2023, operates in Poland a retail business. The owner of 90% of the shares is Fozzy Holdings Limited, and the remaining 10% belongs to Maciej Gawronski – an experienced manager who has been associated with Jeronimo Martins (including Ladybug) for nearly 20 years, and has worked as head of logistics and supply chain since 2017.
The actual beneficiary of the task is Volodymyr Kostelman – Ukrainian businessman who founded the Fozzy Group in 1997 and inactive remains its owner and president. The group is the second largest player on the food marketplace in Ukraine, with gross reaching 117.9 billion hryvnia in 2023 (according to Forbes).
Silpo – Ukrainian network with an unorthodox approach to trade
Fozzy Group presently manages 826 stores in Ukraine, and its flagship brand is Silpo. The network is celebrated for its customized concepts – its shops frequently mention to cult motifs specified as:

- Circus,
- steampunk.
Meanwhile, in Poland, Fozzy Group decided to act in a completely different way.

Will Silpo open shops in Poland? Fozzy Group silent
