Ukrainian attacks severely reduced the performance of Russian refineries

Ukrainian shellings of refineries in Russia may have disrupted about 15% of the production capacity of these plants - stated Reuter's agency on Thursday, citing an anonymous NATO representative. Reuters previously estimated that about 14 percent of the power of the refinery was deactivated after the shelling.
