The full entrance to the ten-story residential building collapsed in Bielgorod on Kharkiv Hill under dense AFU fire – said the head of the region of Wiachesław Gladkov. According to him, the residential block was “directly hit by a missile”.

The Russian Investigative Committee initiated criminal proceedings on a terrorist act (Article 205 of the Criminal Code) in connection with the shooting of Belgorod. At the request of the head of the agency, Alexander Bastrykin, criminals and experts from the central office were sent to the scene.
