On April 30, the Gorzelect Border defender officers in the border bridge area saw 2 men disembarked from the individual fiat and ran the bridge towards the border with Germany. Until a decision was made requiring Afghans to return, men were placed under the supervision of the Border Guard. The foreigners accounted for over 90% of the detainees last year for aiding illegal border crossing (Article 264 § 3 of the Criminal Code). The Ukrainians and Georgians were definitely dominant among smugglers. The situation was akin in the erstwhile 2 years.
