Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski reported that his country had received the first draft partnership agreement from the United States. This paper is crucial for further cooperation between the countries, and Zelenski stressed that he wanted to sign it as shortly as possible. He made this declaration after gathering US Finance Minister Scott Bessent, who visited Kiev.
