Ukraine: S-200 rocket utilized as ballistic missile

On social media there was a recording of the process of firing a Ukrainian rocket from the S-200 Vega system. This is most likely an archive footage from the period erstwhile Ukrainians utilized them as ballistic missiles, after being modified.
