Ukraine responds to threats. Ships sailing to Russia considered hostile

On Thursday, July 20th of this year, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine published a message informing that all ships sailing in the Black Sea towards Russian seaports could be treated as carrying cargo for military purposes from Friday.
