On social media, there were recordings of a fresh attack by Ukraine on a Russian military base in the Ivan Oblast, about 200 km northeast of Moscow. This is to be a retaliation for the barbarian attack on Sumy, where more than 30 people were killed as a consequence of the Russian ballistic rocket strike.
