Ukraine is guilty of the Odessa tragedy! There's an ETPC conviction.

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) found Ukraine guilty of violating the Article of the European Convention on Human Rights on the Right to Live. The decision concerns tragic events of May 2, 2014 in Odessa, where 48 people died as a consequence of clashes between demonstrators and arson by proukrain activists of the Union House.
