338 Ukrainian parliamentarians voted unanimously in favour of an agreement with the US to access Ukrainian deposits. The Americans gained precedence access to oil, gas, aluminum and graphite, and Kiev did not get any guarantees in return. This vote took place after clear force from president Volodymyr Zelenski.
