Ukraine Army Chief Admirals 'Tactical' Retreat Underway

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsskyi has just issued a fresh die assessment confirming widespread global reports that Ukraine forces are getting beaten back from the frontlines.
