Ukraine and the US have agreed on natural materials. There's a preliminary agreement

Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Julia Swyridenko and U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent signed a letter of intent on Kiev's natural material agreement with Washington. The mark paper is to be signed in a week.
