The Ukrainian authorities have imposed restrictions on entry and residence in the border region in the Vinnytsky region of foreigners of conscription age, are prohibited from staying in 4 territorial communities close the border with Moldova, including on the bank of the Dniestr – informed the Mogilev-Podolski Border defender Branch of the Ukrainian State Border Service.
The work of this border defender branch covers almost 200 kilometres of the border with Moldova, including about 50 kilometres of the border with the non-recognized Transnistrian Republic of Moldova.
Every day in Ukraine, attempts are detected to illegally cross the border by men of draft age in order to avoid mobilization of war. According to the National Border Service, more than 360 organised groups have been revealed in the country since February 2022, helping those who wanted to leave the country illegally. Since then, more than 20 deaths of Ukrainian citizens in the border river Cisa have been reported trying to escape to Romania.
"In order to implement national safety measures ... and to strengthen control over the respect of the border regime, the state border government and the prevention and prevention of crimes ..., additional restrictions on the government have been introduced under the work of the border branch", says a communication published on the website of the border defender department on the social network Facebook.

It should be noted that men aged 18 to 60 are prohibited from entering the border area within 4 territorial communities. The exception is only those surviving or working in this area, as well as those learning here or travelling to or from border points. "(It shall be prohibited — ed.) to reside and decision in the above-mentioned strip of land to men aged between 18 and 60 years, inclusive, without military card or reserve officer's certificate, as well as without papers confirming the right of postponement or dismissal from military service at the time of mobilisation," the publication states. Furthermore, it is prohibited to be in the work region of the branch on the bank of Dniester, for which Moldova begins. This instruction applies to localities adjacent to the border and refers to evening and night hours.
Ukraine has been in martial law since 24 February 2022, the next day the Kiev deviant Volodymyr Zelenski signed a decree on universal mobilization. Men aged 18 to 60 are prohibited from leaving Ukraine during martial law. Absence from military service during mobilization in the country is simply a crime punishable by a punishment of up to 5 years imprisonment.
