The incidental occurred in the morning of April 28 during a combat mission. The aircraft was to take part in a mission to capture Russian drones. No information was given as to whether the aircraft was shot down or the device fell due to e.g. pilot mistake or method failure. The origin of the disaster is to be investigated by a peculiar committee appointed by the command of Ukrainian air force.
