Do Ukraine and its Western allies not appreciate the aid provided by Poland? 2 thirds of Poles, who expressed their opinion in a fresh survey of the SW investigation studio for “the Republic”, feel this way. The survey was conducted after statements by president Andrzej Duda, who stated that Kiev and Western allies did not appreciate Poland's participation in an effective defence of Ukraine against Russia.

"For example, I think that both Ukrainians and our allies simply treat the airport in Rzeszów and our highways as if it were theirs. But it's not theirs. It's ours. That's why if anyone doesn't like it, we close and goodbye. Yeah, we're renovating. We're closing the airport in Rzeszów, and you're delivering to Ukraine by sea, by air, I don't know, parachute. Make it up. Make up if you think you don't request us," said president Andrzej Duda in a fresh interview with “Open Conservation”, “Jagielloński Club” and “New Deal”.

The fresh SW investigation survey for “Virtual Poland” shows that as much as 64.4 percent of respondents agree with the evaluation of Duda. 20% have not expressed an opinion on this issue, and only 15.6% have a different opinion from the President.

The laboratory draws attention to the differences in the responses of individual groups. The most noticeable 1 is between men and women. Only 12.9 percent of women think that Polish aid is undervalued compared to 68.2 percent of men.

Polish aid to Ukraine goes into tens of billions of PLN

According to the President's Chancellery, Poland is the first in the planet in terms of Ukraine's aid to GDP. Our country has allocated as much as 4.91% of the Gross home Product, an amount akin to that which Poland presently spends annually on defence. Only in 2022 we allocated about PLN 30 billion to aid Ukraine, most of which consumed the cost of accepting refugees. Poland has besides provided military support worth $15 billion, including 350 tanks, 250 fighting infantry cars, 100 auto-propelled guns, 14 fighters and 12 helicopters.
