Ukraine has been reporting for many months on the ongoing improvement and increase of its R-360 Neptune maneuvering missiles. This will consequence in both expanding its scope of fire to 400 km and adapting them to attacks on land targets. The first information on the completion of the modification of the Ukrainian Neptunes in terms of the demolition of ground targets and the usage of this in the fight came last September.
