The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted on Wednesday, September 3 decisions to adjust the functioning of the state, business and infrastructure to the revised tactics of Russian air strikes. A key modification is the introduction of a two-stage informing system: yellow (announced at drone attack) and red (with increased rocket or combined attack hazard – with missiles and unmanned vehicles).
