Ukraine needs a change on the front and guarantees of the West

Referring to the "plan of victory" presented by president Volodymyr Zelenski, the British analyst points out that although any points of the plan were sceptically accepted by Ukrainian partners, the general presumption – that serious negotiations with Putin are only possible from the position of force – is correct.
