The head of the German MFA Johann Wadephul estimated on Tuesday that the end of the war may require Ukraine to make painful concessions. The Minister said "Neue Osnabruecker Zeitung" that the finale of a hard trial could be a referendum in which Ukrainians will decide whether to accept territorial concessions towards Russia.
