The administration sees Ukraine and Volodymyr Zelenski as an obstacle to the fast conclusion of the conflict and reset with Russia - said in an interview with PAP Eitvydas Bajarunas, an expert of the American think tank CEPA and a long-standing Lithuanian diplomat. In his opinion, Europe should take the initiative and come up with its own proposals.
