Ukraine wants to earmark another EU debt of EUR 90 billion for rocket systems, reported on 21 August Euronews, citing an authoritative of the European Commission. In the game there are Patriots or SAMP/T NG, and the stakes are simple: who controls the weapon, this controls Kiev's defence pace.
Loans with terms and conditions
